摘要:作为一种采用高强度钢和厚钢板的大型海洋工程结构物,钢质海洋平台结构焊接接头
的断裂韧性问题与其强度、刚度和稳定性同等重要。文章介绍了裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)
的概念和试验方法,简述了 CTOD 断裂韧性评定技术在海洋平台中的广泛应用。随着相关
研究的进展,CTOD 断裂韧性评定技术将更加完善并在海洋平台设计和建造中更好的发挥作
用。

Application of CTOD Test Method in Fracture Toughness

Abstract: As a kind of ocean engineering structures consisted of high strength steel and thickness
steel, the fracture toughness of welding joint in the steel offshore platform is as important as the
strength, stiffness and stability of platform structure. This paper presents the concept and the test
method of Crack Tip Opening Displacement (CTOD). Then, the wide applications of CTOD
fracture toughness evaluation technology in offshore platforms are summarized. With the progress
of the related research, CTOD fracture toughness evaluation technology will be more perfect, and
play a better role in the design and fabrication of offshore platform.
