摘要:为探索黄土高原半干旱区地膜覆盖对农田中温室气体氧化亚氮产生和排放的影响。于
2012 年在兰州大学半干旱农业生态系统研究站,设置如下 6 个处理:1、双垄沟覆膜施肥
(DRM);2、齐垄覆膜施肥(M1N1);3、齐垄覆膜不施肥(M1N0);4、齐垄不覆膜施
肥(M0N1);5、齐垄不覆膜不施肥(M0N0);6、裸地(B)。结果表明:晴朗天气条件
下,N2O 通量日变化呈现规律性的双峰曲线。阴雨天气条件下,N2O 通量于正午 12 时左右
达到排放最低点,并无明显排放峰。施入氮肥初期,三个施肥处理 M1N1、DRM 和 M0N1
垄上 0-10cm 土壤中 N2O 浓度分别为 、 和 ppb,显著高于两个不施肥处
理及裸地。实验中 N2O 通量的季节性变化并不明显,施肥初期 N2O 通量呈现由高到低的迅
速下降趋势,达到排放最低点后又逐步上升,在收获时达到第二个排放峰。

Nitrous Oxide Emission of Maize Field with Plastic
Mulching in Semiarid Area of Loess Plateau

Abstract: To explore the effect of plastic mulching on nitrous oxide production and emission,
experiment was conducted in semiarid agroecology research station attached to Lanzhou
University in 2012. Six treatments were established in the experiment: (1) two ridges and furrow
mulched by plastic film with fertilization (DRM); (2) alternating ridges and furrows mulched by
plastic film with fertilization (M1N1); (3) alternating ridges and furrows mulched by plastic film
without fertilization (M1N0); (4) alternating ridges and furrows non-mulched by plastic film with
fertilization (M0N1); (5) alternating ridges and furrows non-mulched by plastic film without
fertilization (M0N0); (6) bare ground without maize planted. Diurnal variation of soil N2O flux
showed different patterns according to the weather condition. In typical sunny days, soil N2O flux
diurnal variation showed a two-peak curve, with one N2O flux peak around 12:00 and another
around 3:00. In cloudy and rainy day, the soil N2O flux diurnal variation reached the lowest point
at around 12:00, and showed no flux peak. In the early period after fertilization, N2O
