教师专业发展中的同伴互助实证研究--以齐齐哈尔市S中学为例

摘要

英国课程专家斯滕豪斯(Stenhouse)说过:“没有教师发展,就没有课程发展。”在新课改的
背景下,教师的专业发展问题仍然具有强烈的时代意义。教师要想获得专业成长切实可行的方法
之一就是开展教师同伴互助活动。它是以实践中的教师为主体的,实质在于教师之间的合作,目
的在于促进教师专业发展。教师同伴互助活动的开展有利于教师把所学的知识、技能转化为课堂
及教学行为,有利于培养教师的专业情操和专业意识,有利于激发教师专业发展的积极性、主动
性,有利于发掘和利用教师的群体资源。
然而,笔者通过问卷调查法和访谈调查法对齐齐哈尔市 S 中学教师开展同伴互助活动的现状
进行调查,发现该校教师同伴互助活动中存在着诸多问题:如,学校缺乏教师同伴互助的制度保
障;学校缺乏教师同伴互助的氛围;学校开展教师同伴互助的组织形式单一;同伴互助活动在学
科之间表现出严重的不平衡;教师自身素质欠缺;教师参与同伴互助活动的积极性不高。其次,
通过问卷调查、访谈、实地观察及分析等手段,发现造成现存问题的主要原因是:部分校长对教
师同伴互助的意义和作用缺乏应有的了解,并且学校领导事务繁忙,对开展教师同伴互助不够重
视,再加上教师的一些主、客观原因:如缺乏同伴互助的时间,教师产生职业倦怠等造成的。最
后,提高教师同伴互助效果的基本方式是:完善学校的保障制度;营造和谐的教师同伴互助氛围;
创造多样化的教师同伴互助形式;提升教师自身的素养;焕发教师的职业热情。

Abstract

Content: British curriculum expert Stenhouse has been said: there is no curriculum development if
there is no teacher development. In the context of the new curriculum reform, teacher's professional
development remains an intense sense of the times. If the teacher wants to obtain a practical and feasible
methods must carry out peer coaching among teachers. Peer coaching consider a teacher in the practice
as the subject, consider the essence lies between teacher's cooperation, and consider the goal lies to
promote education in professional development. Carry out the activities of peer coaching will help
teachers to transform the knowledge and skills which have learned into the classroom behavior, to raise
the specialized sentiment and consciousness of teachers, to inspire the enthusiasm and initiative of
professional development of teachers, and to explore and utilize teacher'munity resources.
