摘要:目的:探讨可卡因-安非他命调节转录肽(CART)对糖氧剥夺(OGD)诱导的大鼠
皮层神经元内质网应激的作用。方法:18 天 SD 大鼠胚胎(E18)皮层神经元原代培养 8 天,
采用糖氧剥夺法(OGD)诱导神经元损伤。用 MTT 法检测细胞的存活率、western blotting
方法检测内质网应激反应标志分子(GRP78,caspase 12 和 CHOP)。结果:与对照组比较,
OGD 组的神经元存活率显著降低(P < ),内质网应激标志分子 GRP78、CHOP 和
caspase12 表达增多(P < )。CART 预处理组神经元的细胞活性明显高于 OGD 组(P <
),GRP78、CHOP 和 caspase12 表达明显低于 OGD 组(P < )。结论:CART 通
过抑制内质网应激反应减轻 OGD 诱导的大鼠皮层神经元损伤。

Abstract: Object: To investigate the effect of cocaine- and amphetamine-regulated transcript
(CART) on oxygen and glucose deprivation (OGD)-induced endoplasmic reticulum stress in rat
cortical neurons. Method: The primary cultured cortical neurons were established from embryonic
rats (E18). The neuronal injury was induced by OGD method. The cell survival was analysed by
