摘要:目的:研究乳腺癌中细胞核因子-κB (nuclear factor-kappa B ,NF-κB)的表达及其
与肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor –α,TNF-α)的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化
学的方法检测 67 例原发乳腺癌组织中 NF-κB 和 TNF-α的表达,检测 NF-κB 在癌旁正常组
织、乳腺增生和乳腺癌中的表达情况,并分析 NF-κB 的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系
以及 NF-κB 与 TNF-α的相关性。结果:1)NF-κB 在癌旁正常组织、乳腺增生和乳腺癌中表
达的阳性率分别为 20%(3/15)、%(5/15)、79. 1 % ( 53 /67) ; 2) NF-κB 的表达与年龄、
肿瘤大小、组织学类型均无相关性(P>),与淋巴转移的有无及组织学分期有显著相
关性(P<); 3) NF-κB 的表达与 TNF-α呈显著正相关(P<)。结论:乳腺癌中 NF-κB
的表达显著增加且与其淋巴转移的有无及肿瘤组织学分期有显著相关性,与 TNF-α呈显著
正相关,对乳腺癌良恶性判断、诊断、靶向治疗及预后提供重要参考依据。
