摘要:目的探讨肿瘤间质内肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)表达与腋结阴性乳腺癌患者预后的
关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色法检测 172 例乳腺癌患者乳腺癌标本中肿瘤相关巨噬
细胞的表达,分析巨噬细胞表达与乳腺癌临床病理因素及预后的关系。结果肿瘤相关巨噬细
胞高达乳腺癌患者其预后差于低表达患者。腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞高
表达患者预后差于低表达患者。COX 多因素分析显示肿瘤相关巨噬细胞是乳腺癌预后不良
的独立危险因素。结论对于腋淋巴结无转移乳腺癌患者,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞高表达提示预
后不良,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞可成为判断预后的免疫指标之一。

Abstract: Objecive: To explore the significance of expression of tumor-associated macrophages
(TAM) in node-negative breast cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to
analyze TAMs expression levels in patients with breast cancer pared these data with the
clinicopathological features of these patients. Results: Breast cancer patients with TAMs
high-infiltration had significantly lower DFS and 5-year survival rates than patients with TAMs
low-infiltration. In addition, for patients with negative axillary lymph node metastasis,
high-infiltration of TAMs indicated markedly poorer survival rate than low-infiltration arm.
