摘要

本文首先介绍了美国成人教育学专业发展的历史阶段。它经历了三个发展阶段,具
有较长的发展历史,至今已有近八十年的发展历史。形成了相对完善而发达的成人教育
学研究生教育体系。
其次,通过对美国成人教育学专业研究生教育发展历史演变的回顾,分析了美国成
人教育学专业研究生教育的实施现状。重点阐述了美国成人教育学专业研究生教育目前
的实施情况,详细介绍了美国成人教育学专业研究生教育的培养计划,招生要求、培养
机构与专业类型、组织管理、课程设置、导师队伍建设、资助政策等方面。
另外,主要通过对美国成人教育学专业研究生教育的分析,从而进行了客观的评价。
并总结出美国成人教育学专业研究生教育的特征,现存的问题及其未来发展的趋势。
最后,主要阐述和分析了我国成人教育学专业研究生教育发展过程历史、现状、及
其存在的问题,提出了我国成人教育学专业研究生教育未来发展之途径。我国成人教育
学专业发展历时较短,到今天才走过短短不足二十年的光景,在我国也尚属一个年轻的
学科。因此,我国成人教育学研究生教育发展,在初级阶段势借鉴美国成人教育学专业
研究生教育留下的宝贵经验是有必要的,在发展过程中遇到诸多的问题不可避免。诸如
组织管理、学位点分布、师资队伍建设、课程的设置等方面。
总之,通过全面研究美国成人教育学专业研究生教育,有助于丰富我国成人教育理
论研究,也为我国成人教育实践提供理论支撑,更有助于我国成人教育学专业研究生教
育的进一步完善和良性发展,确保我国成人教育学专业研究生教育发展在本土化发展过
程中目标坚定,方向明确。

ABSTRACT

This paper describes the development of Adult Education in the United States historical
stage. It has gone through three stages of development, has a long history of
development,which has nearly been eight years of development history. it has formed a
plete and well-developed system of graduate education in adult education.
Secondly, through the adult education graduate education in the . history of the
evolution of the review, analysis of the adult education graduate education in the United
