基于循环经济的产业结构优化研究
摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济迅速发展,取得了令人瞩目的成就。但在经济快速
发展的同时,资源环境的问题越来越突出,已成为我国经济持续发展的障碍。我
国现阶段产业结构的不合理是造成资源环境突出的重大原因。因此迫切需要用循
环经济的理念对产业结构进行优化升级。
本文论述了产业结构优化的内涵,并结合循环经济的准则,对基于循环经济
的产业结构优化进行了界定。此外,本文对产业结构的理论进行了梳理。产业结
构理论包括三个发展阶段:早期的产业结构理论、产业结构的调整理论和产业结
构优化理论。本文所研究的核心就是产业结构的优化,因此产业结构的优化理论
对本文具有很大的指导作用。产业结构优化理论包括产业结构的高度化和产业结
构的合理化,产业结构的优化就是推进产业结构的高度化和合理化进程。在对产
业结构的高度化和合理化的判别上,国内外学者已有一定的建树,但判别的大多
数标准都是基于某个单一的标准,而且很少考虑到经济的可持续发展,即考虑资
源环境对经济的制约作用,因而具有一定的局限性。本文充分考虑了影响产业结
构高度化和产业结构合理化因素,结合循环经济的核心理念即循环经济的“3R”
准则,创新性地将这三者的标准结合并在此基础上对产业结构优化进行判别。另
外,主导产业的有序更替是实现产业结构高度化的重要途径,本文在原有主导产
业选择基准上结合循环经济的基准,构建了基于循环经济的主导产业选择的指标
体系以及模型,并对沧州市的基于循环经济的主导产业进行了选择。
本文运用了 SPSS 软件因子分析中的主成份分析法对基于循环经济的产业结
构优化和主导产业选择进行了实证研究,由于本人能力有限以及数据难以获取等
一些主客观原因,研究得出的结果具有一定的偏差,但本文的关于基于循环经济
的产业结构优化的研究方法还是具有一定的借鉴性。

ABSTRACT
Since the reform and opening up, China's economic made quick development
and remarkable achievement. But obtained the rapid development of the economy at
the same time, resources and environment problems are ing more and more
outstanding, they have e obstacles to sustainable economic development.
Irrational industrial structure in China at this stage is an important reason for
unreasonable resources and environment .
This paper expounds the connotation of the industrial structure optimization, and
combined with circular economy criteria, defined the concept of the industrial
structure optimization based on circular addition, this paper bed
