基于耗散结构理论的河北省物流业发展研究

摘要

在经济全球化的今天,随着全球商品市场的发展,物流业做为连接生产者和消费者的
纽带,发展更是是一日千里。科学技术的进步,尤其是信息技术的进步更是给物流业插上
了腾飞的翅膀。物流业已经成为可以代表区域经济发展程度的标志。物流业发达,说明商
品交换发生频繁,经济市场繁荣;反之,则说明市场需求不振,经济萧条。物流业在这种
背景下受到了全社会的追捧,各省市自治区都对本区域内的物流进行了规划,物流园区的
建设随处可见。河北省是较早关注物流业发展现状的省份之一,早在 2006 年就提出了河
北省物流业发展规划并制定了相关鼓励政策。
本文为了研究河北省物流业的发展建立了物流业综合发展评价体系,搜集整理河北省
物流业近些年的发展数据,并应用主成分分析法进行了实证分析,找出河北省与其他物流
业强省之间的不足和需要改善的地方。
本文基于耗散结构理论的观点来研究河北省物流业系统,依据河北省物流业近十年来
的数据,运用耗散结构和熵流的模型,找出影响耗散结构向前发展的主要序参量。确定制
约物流业发展的重要因素,并对河北省物流业的发展提出政策建议。

ANALYSIS ON DEVELOPMENT OF LOGISTICS
IN HEBEI PROVINCINCE BASED ON
THE DISSIPATIVE STRUCTURE

ABSTRACT

In the economic globalization today, in the modity market, the logistics industry
as a link connecting producers and consumers, the development is leaps and bounds. Science and
technology, especially advances in information technology is to plug in the logistics industry to
take off. The development of the logistics industry has e a symbol to represent theregional
economy, the logistics industry is developed, indicating the exchange urredfrequently,
the economic boom; the contrary, then the weak market demand, economic depression. In this
context, the logistics industry has been in hot pursuit of the whole society, provinces
andautonomous regions are the logistics of the region was planned, the construction of logistics
parks everywhere, and how to develop the logistics industry has been put on the agenda of
governments at all levels.
