河北省工业行业资本配置效率及影响因素的实证分析

摘要
本文从河北省工业行业发展现状出发,运用偏离-份额分析法分析了行业的竞争力
优势,河北省工业行业竞争力较普遍缺乏竞争优势。因为在经济增长的三
个因素资本、劳动和自然资源中,资本作为经济增长的必要要素最为稀缺,基于此本文
分析了河北省资本的配置情况和影响资本流动、配置的因素,通过对指标数据的统计描
述和运用传统 Wurgler 模型对河北省资本配置情况进行了实证分析,得出结论河北省的
资本配置效率水平不高,且存在年度差异及行业间差异,并通过建立面板数据模型把
Wurgler 模型进行扩展加入了历史事件影响、金融机构贷款、政府税收、总资产贡献率、
资产负债率五个指标对影响资本配置的因素进行了数量分析,期望通过优化资本配置提
高资本的利用率和生产能力,以达到优化产业结构提高行业竞争力的目的。

Abstract
Based on the current development situation of the industry in Hebei Province, the paper
use the shift - share analysis to analyze the industry'petitive power, the results show that
Hebei industry'petitive power is obviously lower than the national average level.
because the capital is the most scarce as a necessary element of economic growth among the
three factors capital, labor and natural resources which are related to economic growth. This
paper further analyzes the capital configuration and the factors affecting capital flows and
configuration, and carries out an empirical analysis to Hebei capital configuration efficiency
by means of statistical description of the indicator data and the using of traditional Wurgler
model. Concluded that the level of Hebei province's capital allocation efficiency is not high,
and there are annual differences and inter-industry differences. Then the paper joins financial
institutions, government revenue, total assets of the contribution rate and asset-liability ratio
into the Wurgler model based on the panel data, and uses the extended Wurgler model to carry
on quantitative analysis to the factors affecting capital allocation. The purpose is improving
capital utilization and productivity by optimizing the allocation of capital, optimizing
industrial structure and improving petitiveness of the industry.
