摘摘摘要要要

近几年,服务业在国民经济中的地位与作用日益重要。随着生产性服务业趋向知识密
集化、技术密集化发展,越来越显示出其代表先进生产力的特征,逐渐成为促进国民经济
效率提高和经济增长的主导力量。生产性服务业是服务业中发展最快的部分,它的发展将
有力促进服务业的发展和产业结构升级。
本文大体框架是通过对生产性服务业相关理论的研究,评价了河北省生产性服务业的
发展,提出了提升河北省整体生产性服务业竞争力的对策,具体内容为:
首先,文章对生产性服务业的发展理论做了综述,然后分析了河北省生产性服务业整
体的竞争力,提出影响河北省生产性服务业竞争力的主要因素。接下来,从宏观方向推进
到微观层面,描述了河北省生产性服务业的具体行业发展状况,量化了各个具体的生产性
服务行业发展的程度和水平。之后论证了生产性服务业发展与制造业发展的关系,说明发
展生产性服务业的重要性,最后是政策建议。

IN HEBEI PROVINCE
ABSTRACT
In recent years,the service industry is playing a more and more important roll in national
producer services tends to be knowledge-intensive,technology-intensive,more and
more and to reveal the characteristic to represents the advanced has e main
strength to promote the economy efficiency and economy producer services are one
of the fastest developed parts in the producer services,the devevlopment of producer services in
Hebei will promote development trend of service industry strongly and elevate of the industrial
structure.
The main frame of this paper is through the theory research of producer services,to
evaluate the development of producer services in Hebei province,then we discussed the measure
to elevate petitiveness of producer services ,and the specific content is:
Firstly,we summarized theory of the producer services,then through the overall
competitiveness of the producer services in Hebei Analysis,raised the major factor which affect
petitiveness of the producer services.
Secondly,from micro-level extended to the macro level,Through the specific industry
description of producer services in Hebei,qua
