大学科技园与区域经济发展研究—以沧州为例
摘要
大学科技园作为国家区域创新体系的重要组成部分,发展程度不是很成熟,但它在带
动我国传统产业的改造、培育新的经济增长点和高新技术产业化等方面起到了重要作用。
国内外对大学科技园发展策略的研究,仅从理论角度和管理学的角度进行阐述,本文力图
从实证的角度对大学科技园与区域经济发展的互动关系进行研究。
本文以孵化器理论、三元参与理论、增长极理论、区域创新系统理论、网络组织理论
作为研究的理论基础。首先,分析大学科技园的特点和优势,我国大学科技园的发展现状。
其次,分析大学科技园发展的宏观环境和内部条件。最后,采用定性分析与定量分析相结
合的方法,分析沧州的特色产业和高新技术产业的发展现状,提出大学科技园的产业选择
和产业发展。以此为基础,提出沧州市大学科技园在区域创新体系中的功能定位。同时,
提出沧州市大学科技园发展保障体系。

AREA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT-TAKINGCANGZHOU AS
AN EXAMPLE
ABSTRACT
University of Science and Technology Park is an ponent in a national and
regional innovation degree of development is not very mature, but it is important in
driving the transformation of traditional industries, developing new economic growth point and
high-teching industry. Domestic and international development strategy for the University of
Science and Technology Park, comes only from the theoretical point of view and elaborates the
perspective of management, this es from the empirical point of view of trying to
University Science Park and the interaction between regional economic development study.
This paper takes incubator theory, three part in theory, growth pole theory, regional
innovation systems theory, anization theory as the theoretical basis. First, the
analysis of university science park features and advantages, the development of China University
of Science and Technology Park status. Secondly, the analysis of macro-University Science Park
Development environment and internal conditions. Finally, qualitative analysis and quantitative
analysis methods to analyze the characteristics of the development of industry and high-tech
industry in Cangzhou. This basis, the analysis of university science parks and industrial
development of the industry choice. This basis propose
