肥东县农产品加工产业集群的企业技术能力研究

摘要
随着工业化的发展,生产集中和区域经济差异化的现象越来越明显,导致了产
业集群成为当代经济的一个重要现象,尤其工业和制造业产业集群地蓬勃发展,引
起了国内外学者的广泛关注。在工业和制造业的产业集群迅速发展的时候,农业产
业集群的发展也开始加速,也开始引起学者们的关注,但是目前将农业产业集群与
企业技术能力结合起来研究的还比较少。因此,本文以产业集群理论和企业技术能
力理论为基础,在充分借鉴前人对工业企业技术能力的研究成果和实地调研的基础
上,以肥东县农产品加工产业集群为例,分析了该农业产业集群的企业的技术能力
构成、影响因素,探索了该集群内企业技术能力的增长途径,研究了该集群内企业
的技术能力与集群演进之间的关系,并提出相应的对策与建议。因此,全文共分四
部分,展开如下:
第一部分:绪论。提出本文选题的背景、国内外研究现状,指出研究思路、结
构及方法。从总体上对本文作出说明和介绍。
第二部分:本文涉及的主要概念内涵和理论基础。主要阐述了产业集群、农业
产业集群、企业技术能力的相关概念,并以产业集群、企业技术能力、组织学习、
企业资源学说等理论作为本文研究的理论基础。
第三部分:对肥东县农产品加工产业集群的企业技术能力的构成、影响因素、
增长途径以及集群演进进行分析。
第四部分:结论与对策建议。本章在结合以上的分析基础之上,总结了肥东县
农产品加工产业集群内企业的技术能力发展情况,并提出相关的对策与建议来提升
肥东县农产品加工产业集群内企业技术能力,促进产业集群的发展与升级。

Abstract
With the development of industrialization,the phenomenon of the concentration of
production and regional economic differentiation e increasingly evident, which
result industrial clusters e an important phenomenon in the contemporary economy,
especially industrial clusters in industrial and manufacturing have developed
quickly,which cause a wide range of attention between domestic scholars and foreign
agricultural industrial clusters have developed fast and attract the attention
of scholars while industrial clusters in industrial and manufacturing have the rapid
development,however,the current study is rarely bination of agricultural
industry clusters and technological ability.
Therefore, this study is based on industrial cluster theory and the theory of technological
capability, learn from the previous in the full technological capability of industrial
enterprises and do some research in Feidong, analyses prise of technical ability ,
influencing factors in agricultural industry,and explore the growth path of technical
capacity,then study the relationship between the technical capacity of enterprises and the
