中群决策方法和群决策组织管理研究开发
摘要
随着社会和经济的发展竞争日益激烈企业面临的决策问题日趋复杂
市场变化也越来越快企业迫切需要对传统决策模式和决策手段进行改进本
文认为网络以及群体决策支持系统 GDSS 的使用将提高决策的科学性和快
速性而合理的群决策过程以及科学的群决策方法是 GDSS 在企业中成功应用
的保证基于此本文论述了一个基于 web 的 GDSS 并研究开发了其中的群
决策组织管理子系统群决策方法库子系统以及其中涉及到的一致性算法主
要包括
1. 群决策组织管理子系统
本文将群决策问题以项目形式进行组织管理因此需要一系列的群决策组
织管理工具的支持根据群决策的过程模型本文针对群决策过程中的各个阶
段对于组织管理的需求研究开发了一系列的群决策组织管理工具集来支持决
策项目的整个过程
2. 群决策方法库子系统
在决策群体进行决策分析的过程中决策者需要使用一系列的群决策方法
来互相交流以及分析结果本文针对群体决策的特点研究开发了多个群决策
方法来支持群成员的决策
3. 一致性算法
在群决策中群成员之间不可避免地存在不一致为了既充分利用权威人
士在其专业方面的知识与能力又充分倾听各成员的不同意见允许一定范围
内的分歧和保证各成员对最终决策有较高的满意度本文提出了一种在多指标
单方案评价过程中检验和调整群体一致性的算法
最后本文用一个订单决策实例演示了使用常用群决策组织管理工具和群决
策方法集的过程

ABSTRACT
With the development of science and economy, petition between
companies is more and more severe. The decision problems panies faced are
ing more and plex, while at the same time market is also changing
quickly. panies are eager to improve the traditional decision methods. Using of
network and GDSS is thought to be helpful to make decision more scientific and
faster. Reasonable decision process and scientific decision methods do help in the
implement of GDSS panies. Based on those ideas, we discussed a web-based
GDSS and do some research and development on those modules of group decision
organization management module, group decision methods module and the consensus
measuring methods. Including:
1. Group anization Management Module
The decision problems are considered as projects in this paper. So we need a
series of group anization management tools to support the process. Based
on the model of decision process and the requirement anization, a series of
group anization management tools are developed to support the whole
process of decision.
