河北省劳动力参与率与经济增长关系的分析

摘要
劳动力参与率和经济增长的关系是劳动经济学的一个重要研究内容。近几十年内我
省劳动年龄人口规模将持续增长。庞大的劳动力规模为我省经济发展提供了充裕的劳动
力资源,然而随着科技水平的不断提升,劳动力资源却成了困扰经济增长和社会进步的
瓶颈。本论文在对劳动力参与率影响因素及其与经济增长的关系进行理论分析的基础上,
从劳动力参与率定义及计算方法入手,采用聚类分析和自回归分析等方法,对河北省劳动力参与率
进行定量描述,对河北省劳动力参与率的未来发展趋势进行预测;采用聚类、格兰杰因果关系检验
及回归分析的方法,分别从纵向和横向的角度,对河北省劳动力参与率的影响因素进行分析;在此
基础上,采用回归分析方法研究劳动力参与率与经济增长的关系。结果表明:河北省劳动力参与
率与经济增长呈现显著的正向相关关系。最后就如何促进河北省的经济增长提出了一些
对策与建议。

Abstract
The relationship that Labor force participation rate and economic growth is an important
research of labor economics. In recent decades the working-age population will continue to
grow within the huge size of the workforce for the province's economic
development provides ample labor resources, but with the rising technological level, labor
force has e troubled of economic growth and bottleneck of social progeress. This thesis
on the factors of labor force participation rate and their relationship that labor force
participation rate and economic growth with the theoretical analysis,starting from the
definition and calculation of the labor force participation rate ,using cluster analysis and
regression analysis methods description labor force participation rate in Hebei Province in
quantitative method and predict the trend of future development of the labor force
participation rate of Hebei; using clustering, Granger causality test and regression analysis,
respectively, the angle from the vertical and horizontal, labor force participation rate of Hebei
factors Analysis; On this basis, the relationship between labor force participation rates and
economic growth is researched using of regression result showed that the
economic growth rate of labor force participation showed significant positive correlation in
