科技创新的金融支持研究--基于专利申请量的省级面板数据分

摘要
创新乃立国之本,是一个国家保持国际竞争力的关键因素,是一个民族进步
的灵魂,也是企业取得市场优势的必然选择。资本作为影响科技创新的最大因素,
研究其对创新活动的作用具有重要意义。鉴于此,本文希望通过对金融业总体发
展状况、银行贷款、市场融资和风险投资与科技创新之间的理论和实证研究,分
析目前我国科技创新金融支持的现状,找出还存在的问题,并分析其原因。
本文首先总结了国内外已有的科技创新金融支持相关文献,指出了本文是对
已有研究实证方面的一个有利补充。接下来,理论分析了金融结构、科技创新与
经济发展之间的关系,各创新主体的融资渠道、创新活动特征,企业在不同发展
阶段科技创新的融资特征。研究表明,金融结构会通过提高科技创新效率间接促
进经济增长,企业是科技创新的绝对主体,我国专门的科研机构创新效率并不高,
科技创新企业在发展过程中会积极寻求风险资本→银行贷款→创业板、中小板市
场融资→主板市场融资的融资路径。
然后详细研究了我国科技创新与金融支持之间的关系,不仅包括整个金融系
统发展对科技创新的理论与实证研究,还包括银行贷款、市场融资和风险资本这
三种重要融资方式对科技创新的理论与实证方面的分析。研究发现,我国科技创
新金融支持效率在 2004 年以前稳步上升,之后则处于下降趋势,东部和中部地
区的创新金融支持效率值明显高于西部地区,而东部和西部地区科技创新对金融
发展的敏感度要明显强于中部地区。全国范围内银行贷款能够对科技创新产生显
著的正向促进作用,市场融资对科技创新的支持作用则并不显著,分区域来看,
银行贷款在东部所发挥的作用要弱于中西部地区,而市场融资则相反。目前我国
风险投资对科技创新的影响不如银行贷款明显,但要强于证券市场融资。

ABSTRACT
Innovation is the foundation underlying all efforts to build the country, and it is
the key factor for a country to keep petitiveness. Innovation is the
soul of the progress of a nation, and it is also the inevitable choice for an enterprise to
gain the market advantage. Captial is the most important factor to affect scientific and
technological innovation, so studying the relation between capital and innovation is
very significant. For the reason, this paper is written to study the academic and
empirical relation among financial development, bank loan, market financing, venture
capital and scientific and technological innovation, and analyze the current situation,
trouble and reasons of financial support to scientific and technological innovation.
Firstly, this paper is summarized relevant literature of financial support to
scientific and technological innovation from home and abroad, and points out that it is
