我国保险中介市场结构及其优化研究
摘要
保险业越发达,保险中介越重要。保险中介要通过资本并购及重组形成规模,甚至组建中介集团,与保险行业发展规模相匹配,充分发挥保险中介在保险产业链中的作用。保险中介是保险市场不可或缺的重要组成部分,是保险市场改革的必然结果。从保险中介市场所处的外部环境以及保险中介市场自身条件分析,保险中介市场正处于历史上最好的时期。随着国民经济特别是保险业的发展,我国保险中介具有广阔的发展前景,保险中介的地位与作用越来越重要。

1 引言
目前,在国内的保险市场,绝大多数投保人都认为,保险中介人或机构就是保险公司的营销人员,而大多数保险中介机构在推广产品时,为了达到销售目的,更容易得到公信力,都直言自己就是某保险公司的销售人员,不认真打出自己的品牌。然而,保险中介真的是为保险公司销售产品的吗?答案显然是否定的。
保险中介,是指介于保险经营机构之间或保险经营机构与投保人之间,专门从事保险业务咨询与销售、风险管理与安排、价值衡量与评估、损失鉴定与理算等中介服务活动,并从中依法获取佣金或手续费的单位或个人。
而保险中介机构的主体形式也是多种多样的,主要有三种,包括保险代理机构,保险经纪机构和保险公估机构。其中,保险代理机构主要代表保险公司,保险经纪机构则站在投保人和被保险人一方,而保险公估机构则是第三方。
本文主要将从保险中介的作用,保险中介机构发展现状和中国保险中介机构发展前景两个方面来分析目前中国保险中介市场。
