PREFACE
This volume contains papers presented at the first and second IGT symposia on natural gas measurement.
The first program was held on August 26–28,1985 in Chicago to provide a forum for dissemination of
information on all aspects of calorific value measurement of natural gas. Bowing to popular demand,
however, selected papers on volumetric measurement of natural gas were also included in the second
program held April 30-May 2,1986 in Chicago to broaden its scope.
