Method:90 CHF patients were divided into three groups of deficiency of heart-Qi, deficiency of Qi and stasis of blood, deficiency of Qi and stasis of blood and toxin by their clinical symptoms. And 20 healthy persons were enrolled in a control group. Blood brain natriuretic peptide( BNP), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), D-dimmer, C reactive protein(CRP), and cardiac function of each group were measured. Results:Highly significant difference was found in patients of different groups(P<). Deficiency of heart-Qi group was found much mon in heart function grade Ⅰ(P<),while deficiency of Qi and stasis of blood group in heart function grade Ⅱ~Ⅲ(P<),and deficiency of Qi and stasis of blood and toxin group in heart function grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ(P<).Compared with heart function grade: group of deficiency of Qi and stasis of blood and toxin> group of deficiency of Qi and stasis of blood>group of deficiency of heart-Qi .Compared with the variation of BNP、LVEF、D-dimer、CRP of each group respectively: group of deficiency of Qi and stasis of blood and toxin> group of deficiency of Qi and stasis of blood>group of deficiency of heart-Qi. The difference of each group has statistical significance(P<). Analyzed bySpearman correlation analysis ,it shows that three kinds of TCM symptom-types and cardiac functional grading ha
