摘要:针对我国车队规模问题研究比较薄弱的现状,本文在一般车队规模问题的基础上,提
出了带有服务率的车队规模问题,问题的提出融入了购车资金限制的考虑,利用服务率来平
衡服务质量和车辆购置成本,以此达到节省车辆资产投资下的最优车辆配置。基于此问题,
本文建立了其确定性及鲁棒性模型,并验证了服务率的鲁棒控制功能。最后,通过算例说明
了服务率的车队规模控制和鲁棒控制功能,以及鲁棒模型的稳健性。

Robust Optimization for Fleet Sizing Problem with Service

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a novel problem, named the fleet sizing problem with service
rate. Compared with the general fleet sizing problem, the new problem includes the consideration
of the finance limit in purchasing vehicles in initial decision. By introducing the service rate, the
constraint in satisfying all customer demands can be relaxed to gently lower the requirement of the
vehicle number, thus to save on investment and ensure the service quality. Further, we model the
problem in the deterministic and robust optimizations. By deducing the relationship, we also get
the service rate with robust property. Finally, numerical example is given to illustrate the function
of the service rate in fleet sizing and robust control.

0 引言
车辆配置是决定配送业务运营成本和服务效率的关键环节,而车辆配置的首要解决问题
是车辆的购置问题。由于车辆的购置需应对未来不确定的市场配载需求,以及投资购置车辆
的资金限制,因此确定合理的车队规模,以保
