摘要:转子是控制力矩陀螺的重要零件之一。本文以某型号控制力矩陀螺中的高速转子为模
型,基于 Workbench 有限元软件对某型号转子进行了模态分析,得出高速转子前五阶固有频
率及相应的振型,并对比高速旋转转子的固有频率与不旋转转子的固有频率,做出对比曲线。
通过高速旋转转子的谐响应分析,计算出高速转子在 X、Z 方向发生共振的频率和加速度幅
值,比较转子上 A、B 两点的加速度随频率响应情况,为转子的进一步优化设计提供理论依
据。

Dynamics analysis on the high-speed rotor of control
moment gyroscope based on Workbench

Abstract: The rotor is one of the important parts of the control moment gyros. According to a model of
control moment gyroscope, we acquired the first five natural frequencies and corresponding vibration
modes of its high-speed rotor through Workbench, a software to carry out the finite element analysis.
And the contrast curve of the interent frequencies, comparing the high-speed rotating rotor with non
one, was also shown. In addition to that, the frequency and acceleration amplitude resonanced in X, Z
direction were calculated by the harmonic response analysis, and the acceleration of A, B point of
high-speed rotating rotor was described with the frequency response. This research would provide a
theoretical basis for further optimization design of the rotor.
