摘要:利用微波调谐铁电材料在一定温度范围内其介电常数随温度的变化关系,提出了一种
基于超材料的温控吸波体,研究了超材料吸波体的传输特性和温控可调谐特性,在垂直入射
电磁波的作用下,吸波体在 处出现了一个吸收峰,吸收率为 97%。当微波调谐铁
电材料 -60(Mg2SiO4-MgO)的温度从 100K 至 148K 变化时,吸收频率往低
频发生明显的移动,调节率高达 12%,实现了良好的调谐效果。

Abstract: Utilizing the temperature dependence on the permittivity of ferroelectric materials, we
propose a thermally controlled metamaterials absorber, and research the transmission
characteristics and temperature tunable characteristics of transition in the microwave wave band.
The results show that the absorption frequency is and the absorptance is 97%. Taking
ferroelectric material -60(Mg2SiO4-MgO) as the study object, when
temperature rises from 100K to 148K, the absorption frequencies drop apparently, the regulation
attain 12%.I
