摘要:目的:探讨无机汞和人类单纯疱疹病毒在中枢神经系统中是否通过协同作用引起神经
退行性变化。方法: 14 周 C57BL/6 小鼠单侧足垫皮下连续 2 天注射 75μl 2mg/ml HgCl2
后, 在同侧足垫皮下注射 75μl HSV1 (2×106PFU)。通过金属自显影检测汞的阳性细胞,通
过免疫荧光染色观察 Tau 蛋白和 Tau 磷酸化蛋白的表达情况。结果:小鼠足垫注射汞后,
注射后第 7 天可在脊髓前角检测到阳性的神经元;与对照组和汞注射组相比,Tau 蛋白和磷
酸化 Tau 蛋白在汞加 HSV1 组的脊髓前角内表达显著增加。结论:汞与 HSV1 可能存在某种
协同机制从而引起神经元退行性改变。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the possible synergic mechanism of anic mercury and
human herpes simplex virus in the central nervous system. Methods: About 75μl HSV1 (2 ×
106PFU) and 75μl 2mg/ml HgCl2 were injected unilaterally into the footpads of C57BL/6. The
positive neurons for mercury were detected by autometallography. Immunofluorescence was used
to reveal the changes of Tau protein and phosphorylation of Tau protein. Results: After footpad
injection, mercury was found within the motoneurons in the unilateral spinal anterior horn. As
