摘要:目的:研究芍药苷(Paeoniflorin)在血必净注射液及水溶液中,不同 pH、温度下降解
的动力学规律。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)考察不同 pH 和温度对芍药苷稳定性的
影响,利用化学反应动力学模型及 Arrhenius 公式分析芍药苷在不同条件下的降解规律并计
算降解反应动力学参数。结果:芍药苷在碱性和加热时降解较快,符合一级动力学规律,
碱性条件下 pH 升高,降解速度明显增加。计算得芍药苷在水溶液和血必净注射液中降解活
化能分别为 kJ∙mol-1 和 kJ∙mol-1。结论:芍药苷在碱性和强酸性条件下不稳
定。相同条件下,芍药苷在血必净注射液中的稳定性都要高于其水溶液。

Abstract: AIM: To study the degradation ic characteristics of paeoniflorin in Xuebijing
injection and aqueous solution under different pH and temperatures. METHODS: HPLC method
was used to study the effect on the paeoniflorin under different pHs and temperatures. Based on
the chemical reaction ics and Arrhenius equation, the model of degradation of paeoniflorin
and the parameters of degradation ics were confirmed. RESULTS: The results indicated that
the degradation of paeoniflorin in aqueous solution and Xuebijing injection conforms to the
first-order degradation ic. In the injection and aqueous solution, respectively, the energy of
activation (Ea) was kJ∙mol-1 and kJ∙
