摘要:本研究运用微卫星标记对 4 个鸭茅亲本品种及其 3 个杂交 F2 代组合共 50 份材料进行
遗传稳定性分析。筛选出具有多态性的 15 对 SSR 引物,SSR 标记平均每对引物扩增出
条带,多态性位点百分率为 %。通过聚类分析得出结论,杂交 F2 代内同一组合基本聚
为一类;父本和母本与其杂交 F2 代遗传距离与聚类结果基本一致,杂交 F2 代各个组合群
体遗传变异相对稳定。通过 SSR 对鸭茅四倍体与四倍体杂交 F2 代的遗传分析,确定其遗传
稳定性,为鸭茅种质资源的保护、利用及新品种选育提供科学依据。

Abstract: For parental cultivars of orchardgrass and fifty F2 progenies of three binations
were used in this study. SSR markers were used to analyze ic relationship of 86 orchardgrass
accessions. 15 primer pairs were selected by SSR respectively. bands were amplified per
primer pairs on average and percent of polymorphic bands was % in SSR analysis. The
conclusion of anayse by clustering tree showed that progenies from the same F2 cross
combination clustered together. The data of the ic distance were agreed with the dendrogram
that a stability between the male and female parent and hybrid F2
