摘要:本研究以 6 个鸭茅品种(系)为供试材料,从 SSR 分子标记方面对其进行了种群内
及种群间遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。结果表明:1)6 个鸭茅品种(系)间的平均遗传距
离为 ,低于 ,%的遗传变异存在于种质内部,种质间变异为 %;2)利
用 SSR 分子标记对 6 个鸭茅品种种质共 120 个单株进行分析,15 对引物共扩增出 114 条清
晰可辨条带,平均每对引物扩增的条带为 条,多态性比率为 100%,多态性信息含量为
~,平均为 。研究证明 SSR 标记用于鸭茅遗传多样性分析是可行的,在亲缘关系
鉴定上也具有一定参考性。

Abstract: SSR markers were employed to investigate the ic diversity among and within 6
orchardgrass cultivars (lines). The results indicated: 1) The average number of ic distance
among the 6 cultivars (lines) of D. glomerata was , which was below , and % of
