酒店员工食堂作为员工用餐的场所,为了规范食堂管理,特制定以下用餐管理规定:
一、开餐时间:
午餐:10:30—12:00
晚餐:16:00—17:00
二、用餐需知:
员工根据自己的食量打饭,杜绝浪费,发现有倒饭行为将给予罚款20元。
自觉排队等候取菜,非酒店人员凭餐票用餐,否则员工食堂工作人员有权拒绝其用餐。
员工用餐正餐标准为:四菜一汤(根据当日所提供的食品而定),确定好菜肴品种后告知员工食堂工作人员,由工作人员打菜。
用餐时应自觉维持食堂的清洁卫生,严禁乱吐、乱倒饭菜残渣,用餐过程中,饭菜残渣放于桌上,用餐完毕,应将桌面清理干净。将剩菜或残渣倒入指定的泔水桶中,其余垃圾及饮料盒放于门口垃圾桶中,餐具放于下栏框中并摆放整齐。
三、用餐纪律:
用餐时,严禁所有员工在食堂内吸烟。若有违者将根据规定处罚。
用餐时,严禁在食堂内大声喧哗,严禁用餐具敲打餐盘,违者罚款。
打菜时请自觉排队,否则员工食堂工作人员有权拒绝为其打菜。对于没有按规定排队强行用餐者,将根据情节轻重给予警告或处分。
根据酒店员工用餐规定,用餐时间为30分钟,员工用餐完毕后,不得无故在员工食堂逗留。
以上制度请广大员工自觉遵守,行政人事部将不定期检查,若有违规将按规定处理。
