文档介绍：摘要收容教养人员在其社会化过程中偏离了社会公认的价值取向和行为规范,从而不能扮演正确的社会角色,履行正常的社会责任,缺陷的人格是导致其违法犯罪行为发生的根本原因。以修补缺陷人格为客体的再社会化则是预防其重新违法犯罪的根本方法。近些年来,社会学界和刑法学界对此给予了热切的关注。但与国外的理论及实践比较起来,我国还处于起步阶段,无论是理论还是实践都有待进一步的深化。本文采取“实践社会学"的研究策略,以中部省——湖南省某劳教所的八个个案为研究对象,从实践社会学观点出发,运用定性的研究方法,以个体生活脉络为分析框架,采用定性研究方法,通过对劳教场所内的收容教养人员的基本生活脉络进行考察,重点分析劳动教养内容、劳动教养方式和劳动教养环境对他们再社会化的影响,总结经验教训,为推动收容教养人员的再社会化提供参考借鉴。通过研究,我们发现:推动劳教场所所内的良性社会互动,并重视其对自我互动的影响是实现再社会化的基石;在此基础上通过实施兼具广泛性和针对性的社会化教育,助推再社会化进程;而宽容社会环境的营造,则是保护再社会化成效的重要因素。关键词:收容教养人员;再社会化;劳动教养AbstractAsylumintheirupbringingpersonnelinthecourseofocializationdeviatedfromthevalueorientationofsocialrecognitionandbehaviorstandards,thuscan’tplaytherightsocialrole,fulfillthenormalsocialresponsibility,’。,,Chinaisstillintheinitialstage,‘practicalsociology“researchstrategies,incentralhunanprovince—eightcasesalaborcampastheresearchobject,frompracticalsociologyviewpoint,usingqualitativeresearchmethods,toindividuallifecontextsforqualitativeanalysisframeworkofanalysis,researchmethods,throughtothedetentionareaasylum’basiclifecontextsupbringing,focusesontheanalysisexaminingLabourreeducationcontent,laborupbringingandreeducationthroughLabourenvironmentontheirinfluenceofre—socialization,summarizingexperiencesandlessons,andtopromotetheasylumseekersupbringingpersonnelprovidereferencesforre—,wefoundthatpromotethebenignthatdetentionplacesinsocialinteraction,andattachingimportancetotheirinfluenceofselfistorealizetheinteractionbetweenthecornerstoneofre—socialization:Onthisbasisthroughtheimplementationofthesocializationofbothextensivenessandpertinenceeducation,thrustingresocializationprocess:ivenesssocialenvironmentbuild,istoprotecttheimportantfactorsresocia
