摘要
随着人力资源管理从战术层次上升到战略层次,企业战略目标的实现越来越需要招聘工作的支持,这些新的要求迫使企业重新认识和思考招聘战略定位,无领导小组讨论作为一种有效的人才测评技术及人员招聘的科学方法,在招聘中高层经理人员的过程中起到了举足轻重的作用。本文从战略的视角来研究怎样运用好无领导小组讨论来进行部门经理素质测评,首先介绍无领导小组讨论理论研究背景,提出问题,然后是再对于无领导目前在国内外研究成果进行概述,再次对无领导小组讨论的概念内容进行概述,包括无领导的重要性及其对部门经理素质测评过程的影响,接着提出现阶段国内在运用无领导方面存在的问题:缺少对中高层职位的分析、人才观偏差、缺乏对无领导小组讨论的正确理解、没有对特定的岗位进行针对性的设计等,再从合理研究无领导小组讨论的正确设计、分析现阶段我国部门经理人员的基本素质、以及怎样把两者结合起来设计一套适合经理人素质测评的无领导小组讨论题本及相关问题,最后以A公司的招聘案例进行重点分析来表达重要观点。
