摘要
表面粗糙度是反映零件表面光滑程度的物理量。它是在切削过程中,由刀具在工件表面上留下的刀痕而产生的。目前广泛应用触针式轮廓仪可以实现粗糙度部分参数的评定,但存在测量参数较少、测量精度较低、测量结果输出不直观等缺点,已不能满足现代工件测量要求。本文根据表面粗糙度的定义,利用反射式光纤传感器的特点,应用光纤位移传感器,设计了一个基于虚拟仪器技术表面粗糙度测量仪。本仪器除能解决传统仪器目前存在的问题外,还具有测量速度快、自动化程度高和良好的人机界面等优点。文章介绍了表面粗糙度的相关知识和反射式光纤位移传感器的工作原理,本设计系统分为上位机和下位机,下位机用于测量和采集数据,通过串口把数据传输到上位机,上位机用于对下位机采集到的数据进行处理,得出测量物体的表面粗糙度,对此数据进行显示和存储。

Abstract
Surface roughness is a reflection of the extent of parts of the physical surface. It is in the process of cutting by the cutter in the workpiece surface, the marks left behind created. Currently widely used touch-stylus profilometer roughness of some parameters can be assessed, but there is less parameters, the lower the measurement accuracy, the measurement results are not intuitive, such as the ings of the output can no longer meet the measurement requirements of modern work. In this paper, the definition of surface roughness based on the use of reflective characteristics of fiber-optic sensors, fiber-optic displacement sensor applications, design a virtual instrument based on surface roughness measuring instrument technology. In addition to the instruments of traditional instruments to solve the existing problems, but also with the measurement of speed and a high degree of automation and good man-machine interface and so on. In this paper, the surface roughness of the relevant knowledge and reflective fiber displacement sensor working principle, the design system is divided into upper and lower machine, the next-bit machine for measuring and gathering data through the serial port to transmit data to PC, PC machine for the next crew of the data collected to deal with, come to the surface roughness measurement of objects, for which the data display and storage.
