摘要
文化是旅游可持续发展的源泉,随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,世界各地的文化旅游业
也在迅猛发展着。文化旅游是推广和弘扬中国文化很重要的方式,它凝聚了民族的历
史文化和精神内涵,作为一种全新的旅游形式,能提高旅游者的文化素养和精神层次,
正日益成为我国广大旅游爱好者出游的首选旅游项目。如何充分挖掘地方特色,进行
合理、可持续发展的文化旅游资源开发与规划,正日益成为研究的重要课题。
吉安市拥有丰富的文化旅游资源,其文化旅游业的发展要求我们在进行文化旅游
开发规划时,必须以市场需求为导向,立足本地的文化旅游资源优势,打造旅游精品,
设计出有鲜明的个性特色、具有丰富内涵和多样化的旅游产品。本文就是从这一角度
出发,以文化旅游资源的可持续利用为准绳,在大量实地调研和资料分析的基础上,
采用定性和定量分析相结合的方法展开研究,具体阐述了吉安市文化旅游资源的概
念、形成条件、特征、开发原则与意义,并根据吉安市的实际情况,对其文化旅游资
源进行分类整理和定量、定性评价,在此基础上提出吉安市文化旅游资源开发与规划
的具体策略,为吉安市文化旅游资源的开发与规划工作提供了有益的尝试与借鉴作
用。

Abstract
Culture is the source of sustainable development of tourism. With the vigorous
development of tourism, cultural tourism around the world are showing a rapid
development momentum. Cultural tourism, embodies the history, culture and the inner
spiritual content, is the most important way to promote and carry forward the Chinese
culture and increasingly ing a preferred tourism projects of travel enthusiasts. How to
tap the local characteristics, a reasonable, sustainable development of cultural tourism
resources development and planning, is increasingly ing an important research
subject.
Ji'an has rich cultural tourism resources, its cultural tourism development plan must be
based on market demand and its local tourism resources, to create tourist products with
distinctive character and rich connotation. With the principles of sustainable use of
resources of cultural tourism, based on a large number of field research and data analysis,
this paper makes the study of qualitative and quantitative analysis method to expound the
concept, formation conditions, characteristics, development principles and meaning of
cultural tourism resources, make the classification and quantitative and qualitative
evaluation of cultural tourism resources of Ji'an, and finally present specific strategi
