摘要
银行业在国内金融业中处于主体地位,提高银行业的经营管理水平、改善其经营绩
效,对于整个国民经济的发展有着深远的影响。近年来,随着国内金融业的迅速发展,
大量银行纷纷实行股份制改革,通过上市为自身谋求更广阔的发展空间。虽然上市会给
银行带来诸多好处,但是也对银行的经营管理水平提出了更高的要求,在这样的背景下,
公平合理地评价上市银行的经营绩效显得越来越重要,关于银行绩效评价方面的研究也
越来越引起公众的重视。长期以来,对银行的经营绩效进行评价多采用传统的绩效评价
方法,但限于传统方法存在的种种不足,已无法全面满足当今银行业的评价需要。而
EVA 方法作为一种新型的绩效评价指标,从股东的角度来定义银行的利润,通过对银行
的经营成本、风险等因素进行全面衡量,促使银行实现其价值最大化的经营目标,逐步
受到了人们的青睐。因此,本文从 EVA 的角度出发,研究以此为基础的上市银行绩效
评价体系的构建及运用。
首先,本文在介绍了银行绩效评价理论并探讨了传统绩效评价方法优缺点的基础
上,引入了 EVA 绩效评价方法,对其概念、可行性、适用性及应用现状进行了详细的
分析介绍,认为 EVA 将对国内上市银行绩效评价发挥重要的作用。其次,论文通过对
传统 EVA 公式进行调整,设计了国内上市银行的 EVA 模型;然后选取了 14 家国内上
市银行 2007——2009 年间的数据,用 EVA 方法对其经营绩效进行了评价,并将其分为
国有控股上市商业银行、全国性中小股份制上市商业银行、城市上市商业银行三类进行
了分类分析,比较其经营状况,结果表明中国工商银行与招商银行的绩效最优,而城市
上市商业银行的绩效表现普遍较差。最后,论文提出了以 EVA 为导向,提高国内上市
银行经营绩效的对策,希望能为改善国内上市银行的经营绩效提供有益的思路。
