摘要:自动变速器具有传动比转换性能好、改善车辆的舒适性和通过性、减轻驾驶员疲劳强度和减少发动机排放等一系列优点,而被广泛地应用于现代汽车上。自动变速器是集机、电、液于一体的复杂系统,结构和工作原理复杂,导致其故障识别和诊断难度较大。对自动变速器失效分析方法的研究,是自动变速器可靠性分析的基础,对产品的开发具有重要意义,同时也为开发功能更强大、诊断范围更广泛的车载自诊断系统奠定了基础。通过尝试对自动变速器故障诊断系统的设计,为自动变速器故障诊断提供了软件解决的方法,避免了当前自动变速器故障诊断的盲目性。随着自动变速器失效分析方法研究的深入和检测技术水平的不断提高,利用计算机技术开发实时检测系统和故障诊断专家系统,对于提升自动变速器产品的工作可靠性和使用服务质量具有重要的现实意义。

ABSTRACT:Since the automatic transmission (AT) has a series of advantages such as good velocity ratio transformation performance, the improvement of fortable and crossing ability, to ease the tiredness of driver, to reduce emission of engine and so on, it has widely used in modern automobile. AT is plex system which including mechanical subsystem, electronic subsystem and hydraulic subsystem. Its configuration and theory plicated, which results in difficultly to diagnose. Research on failure analysis for AT is the foundation of the analysis of system reliability and has the great significance to the product development. At the same time, it is the basis of development for OBD which has more formidable function. Through the attempt to design the automatic transmission fault diagnosis system, it has provided the method for the AT fault diagnosis by using software, which has avoid the blindness of current diagnosis for AT. With the development of diagnostic technology and further study in AT failure analysis, the real-time monitor system and expert system for fault diagnosis by puter technology has the important practical significance to enhance the product rel
