我国钢铁产业集中度与财务竞争力的相关性研究

摘要
钢铁产业是一国的基础产业,一个国家钢铁产业发展不好,其他产业将无
从发展,目前,我国钢铁产业发展缓慢,存在着如产业结构不合理、产能过剩、
竞争力低等诸多问题。为此,国务院出台了一系列的措施刺激钢铁产业健康发展。
本文就是在这样的背景下,探究我国钢铁产业集中度与财务竞争力的关系,拟回
答影响我国钢铁产业集中度提高的因素有那些?通过兼并重组政策提高产业集
中度可以增强企业的财务竞争力吗?如果可以增强,应该如何提高产业集中度?
企业应当关注财务竞争力的那些方面?在提高兼并重组的背景下,企业应当如何
提高自身的财务竞争力?
本文从财务的视角研究钢铁产业集中度与财务竞争力的关系,探讨提高钢铁
企业财务竞争力的路径。在前人研究钢铁产业集中度与绩效关系的基础上,界定
了钢铁产业集中度的定义,分析了影响我国钢铁产业集中度的因素,并运用 SWOT
法对我国钢铁产业集中度的现状进行了分析;同时论述财务竞争力的定义、构成
要素,形成机理、评价体系,并重点分析了我国钢铁产业财务竞争力的现状。最
后将产业集中度与财务竞争力结合起来研究,主要从实证角度研究了我国钢铁产
业集中度与财务竞争力之间的相关关系,通过研究得出的结论是:钢铁产业集中
度与财务竞争力存在显著的相关关系,钢铁产业集中度的提高,有利于财务竞争
力的提高。本文的主要贡献在于梳理了我国钢铁产业集中度与财务竞争力之间的
相关关系,到目前为止研究产业集中度与财务竞争力之间关系的文献很少,可以
说本文是初探,这仅是本文研究的局限性也是本文的价值体现。

ABSTRACT
Steel industry is fundamental industry, steel industry’s development is bad, other
industries will not development, at present, China's steel industry develops slowly,
there exist such as irrational industrial structure, overproduction petitiveness
low many problems. Therefore, the state council issued a series of measures to
stimulate the healthy development of steel article is in this context,
explore of the relationship of steel industrial concentration and financial
competitiveness, and answer that: What are influence factors of China’s steel
industrial concentration? Through mergers and acquisitions increasing industrial
concentration can enhance pany's petitiveness? If you can
enhance , how to improve industrial concentration? Which aspects of financial
competitiveness should enterprises focus on? In the context of increasing merger and
anization, how should the enterprise improve their petitiveness?
From financial perspective, this article researches the relationship between market
concentration and petitiveness in china’s steel industry ,discusses the
path to improve
