铕掺杂钼酸盐荧光粉的设计合成与发光特性

摘要
本论文旨在探索条件简易成本低廉的途径合成铕掺杂钼酸盐红色荧光粉。选
择不同的碱源作为添加剂,通过低温水热反应得到不同形貌的微纳米掺杂目标产
物。另外掺杂样品也通过 Pechini 反应制备得到,通过光学性质测试和分析,详
细探讨其涉及的能量传递途径及可能存在的影响能量转移的有关因素。研究的主
要内容如下:
1. 在无表面活性剂条件下选用不同的碱性溶剂作为碱源,通过简易的低温水热
反应得到不同形貌的产物。实验考察了pH值、溶液浓度以及反应时间对于产
物形貌的影响,探讨了产物的形成机理;不同形貌的实验产物表现出不同的
发光性质,对其诱因做了相关的分析和研究。最终实验结果表明,用氨水作

碱源 120 ºC条件下水热反应 10 h得到的均匀饼形Eu 掺杂CaMoO4产物发光
性能最优。
2. 通过Pechini方法得到分子水平上均匀的铕掺杂MMoO4 (M = Ca, Sr)红色荧光
粉。对比研究了铕掺不同基质材料产生的结构差异和关联;通过系列掺杂研
究了能量传递和浓度淬灭效应;对于表现出的不同光学性质提出了可能的影

响因素。实验表明,CaMoO4:Eu ( mol%)表现出最优红色发光性质, 将在
荧光粉转换型白光LED领域有着潜在的应用。

Abstract
ABSTRACT
The aim of this dissertation is to explore the preparation of Eu3+-doped
molybdates phosphors by facile and low-cost method. Selecting different alkaline
sources as additive, different morphologies doping target products with uniform
micro- and nano-structures were obtained by via the facile hydrothermal method at
low temperature. In addition, the doping samples were also prepared by Pechini
method. By photoluminescence measurements and analyses, we carefully investigate
the pathway of energy transfer and relevant factors which may affect energy transfer.
The main research contents are summarized as follow:
1. Selecting different alkalis as alkaline sources in surfactant-free environment,
products with different morphologies were obtained by facile hydrothermal method
under low temperature. We investigated the influences of pH value, concentration and
reaction time on shapes, and we studied the formation mechanism of the products; the
experimental products with different morphologies showed different luminescent
properties, so we have analyzed and researched the relevant inducement factors. Final
