摘要
随着社会发展和经济增长,人们对通信的要求也越来越高。然而在煤炭行业中,通
信的发展却是举步维艰。正是由于煤炭行业当前应用的通信系统技术比较落后,直接或
间接地导致了各种各样的矿难发生。因此,我们有必要开发一套新型的煤矿专用通信系
统,保证煤矿安全高效的生产。
针对目前煤炭行业通信系统的不足,本方案开发了一套基于 TD-SCDMA 的煤炭专
网。TD-SCDMA 是我国自主知识产权的、获得国际电信联盟(ITU)批准的国际通信标
准。TD-SCDMA 专网既能够全面提高煤炭行业信息化的应用程度,又可以满足地面各
方面的通信需求,为生产生活带来便利。
本文将重点研究基于 TD-SCDMA 煤炭专网设备 TDR100 中,与核心网 PS 域 SGSN
相关的 SM(会话管理)在其中应用的方案设计——PDP 上下文的两个激活过程:UE
发起的 PDP 上下文激活,和 UE 发起的二次激活。本文首先完成了整个专网的系统方案
设计,同时给出了 SM 模块两个激活过程的详细流程,设计出了两个激活流程的软件功
能模块实现和处理流程。详细的描述了从方案设计到流程实现以及软件功能模块设计等
项目实现过程。最后通过对其进行软件的开发和移植,以及硬件上的测试和调试,
实现用户正常的 PDP 一次和二次激活,使得用户能在煤矿特殊性的生产环境下正
常打开手机网页和发送 Email,从而真正实现基于 TD-SCDMA 的煤炭专网。

Communication level should be higher, while the social development and economic
growth. However, in the coal industry, the development munication is limping.
Because of the coal munication system technology is relatively backward,
directly or indirectly, leading to all sorts of mine disaster occurred. Therefore, it is necessary
to develop a set of new coal munication system, ensure the efficient production
of coal mine safety.
