一台较为先进的柴油机,不仅要有先进的性能指标,而且还要有足够的寿命和可靠性。6110型柴油机就是针对配备大型货车而进行开发和研制的同时也可用于发电机组、工程机械和船舶。该机型噪音低,排放好,功率大,结构紧凑,启动好,烟度小,经济性好,燃油消耗率低。原机型主要用于城市间的长距离运输,对于城市交通路况需要重新设定参数,以改善燃油经济性和排放性能。柴油机的总体布置和各附件的布置对内燃机的外形尺寸和工作可靠性、使用方便性都有很大的影响。应在保证拆装、维修方便的前提下,尽可能直接可靠地固定在机体和气缸盖上,并且不使任何附件过于突出。尽量不用外接的机油管和冷却液管,而采用在零件上开通道代替,以减少泄露的可能。减少零件数不仅改善了其可靠性,而且有利于降低成本。本课题对活塞进行了详细设计和分析验算,并给出了合理的设计方案。

Abstrac
