我国近年来公路建设的辉煌成绩有目共睹,持续发展战略也是稳扎稳打,瞭望我国建设前景,总结了公路建设工程和城市道路建设工程的施工经验,道路建设工程的施工质量和施工管理与控制的要求正在逐年增高。近年来的交通量日趋增多,多种人为因素致使道路荷载量也随之增高,而道路路基作为公路建设工程中的基础建设,在确保路面的稳定性的同时,又需牢固公路路基自身强度与稳定性来支撑日趋增高的荷载量,所以就要清楚认识到道路路基的施工质量在公路建设工程中的重要地位,掌握荷载作用对路基的影响、路基结构的承载能力、施工技术与管理措施以及施工阶段和施工后期的养护措施,来确保道路路基具有足够的强度与稳定性。道路路基的设计特点是工程长度较长,与周围自然环境连接紧密,所以道路工程所在的当地自然环境决定了道路路基的稳定性,从而重要的就是调查与掌握道路所在的当地自然环境,如气候、地形、土壤、水文与水质等,掌握道路工程所在的当地自然环境的变化规律及其对道路路基强度与稳定性的影响,掌握道路工程当地的气候温度与湿度的变化规律,从而才能采取适合的调温与控温的不同措施,灵活地采用相对应的路基施工技术措施,保证道路路基施工的高质量,以达到正确进行路基施工的目的。
