摘要
本文是关于苏南农村居民点规划设计的专题研究。
本文采用了提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的结构。首先通过对苏南农村
发展历程的回顾及特征分析,提出了农村居民点建设中存在的问题。随后分析
了苏南农村居民点发展的城市化背景,并对苏南城乡空间发展进行解读,强调
农村居民点规划设计必须从城乡空间整体出发。随后本文从多学科的角度,归
纳了影响居民点发展的一系列因素,对苏南农村居民的居住需求进行了调查分
析,并认为他们不仅从宏观上对居民点的定位、选址、规模、居民的实际组成
产生很大的影响;在微观上对居住环境、住宅功能的发展也产生一定的作用。
本文从如何使居民点建设与当前城乡发展相适应,如何创造适宜居住的空间环
境及住宅的目的出发,探讨了农村居民点规划设计的若干原则。在操作层面上,
则对居民点总体规划、外部空间组织、道路交通组织、环境生态体系、公共服
务设施、住宅设计等进行了逐项分析,提出相应的建议,以服务于苏南农村居
民点的建设发展。同时,本文对农村居民点建设及管理机制也进行了一定研究。
最后,本文对苏南地区农村居民点建设进行了展望。

苏南农村居民点规划设计研究
ABSTRACT
This thesis is a study of the planning and design of residential area in southern
countryside of Jiangsu Province.
The structure of presenting, analyzing and resolving problems is used in the
thesis. With viewing the history of the countryside development and analysing of
characteristics the thesis puts forward the existing problems in construction of the
village residential area at first. Then the thesis analyzes the background of
urbanization and explains the development of spaces of urban and rural system,
emphasizes that the planning and design of village residents must be done in the
whole urban and rural system.
From the point of more projects at the same time, the thesis concluded series of
the key elements that affect the development of the village residential area,
investigated and analysed the requirements of the village residents. Based on this, the
thesis pointed out that they not only influence the macro aspects, such as orientation,
address choosing, scale and residents of the residential area, but also have effects on
micro aspects like living evrionment and function development of the house.
