基于正交试验设计的脱水压榨机有限元结构分析与优化

摘要
随着能源越来越紧缺,在洗涤行业,节能节水的隧道式洗衣机装备开始研制
生产,脱水压榨机是隧道式洗衣机系统的重要组成部分。脱水压榨机的设计对其
性能、质量具有决定性作用。传统的设计方法存在设计周期长、结构笨重、成本
高、缺乏对结果的验证等诸多弊端。为此,有必要将有限元结构分析、优化设计
等现代设计方法用于脱水压榨机产品设计,以提高产品设计质量,满足脱水压榨
机压榨布草的技术需求。
本文以脱水压榨机为研究对象,通过对整机结构特点和受力情况的分析,建
立了整机 ABAQUS 有限元分析模型,并对该脱水压榨机的原始设计进行了整机
结构刚度和强度的分析校核;基于正交试验设计和优化设计理论,建立了整机刚
度和强度与设计变量之间的关系式,进而建立了以整机重量为目标,以尺寸参数
为设计变量,在满足整机静强度、刚度和边界约束条件下的脱水压榨机整机结构
优化数学模型;采用 MATLAB 工具箱中的算法对该数学模型进行求解,得到了
最优设计参数。将该参数组合的模型重新进行 ABAQUS 有限元分析计算,计算
结果与原始设计有限元分析结果进行比较。最终得出优化结果:在保证强度和刚
度满足工程实际条件的前提下,整机质量减轻 %。
本文的研究成果为研究脱水压榨机的结构优化设计奠定了基础,为以后类似
的制造装备的结构优化设计提供了一种思路。

With the increasing shortage of energy, in the washing industry, continuous batch
washer conducive to energy and water conservation started to be developed and
produced. The water extraction press is an ponent of the continuous
batch washer system. The performance and quality of the press is related directly to
its design. There are many problems in traditional design methods such as long design
cycle,structure redundancy,high cost and lack of validation. So it is necessary to
bring the FEM and optimum design into the design process of the press in order to
improve the design quality and fulfill the need of the manufacture industry.
Taking the water extraction press as the research object,this dissertation
established the FEM model of the press,and a validation check on the primary design
of the press was carried out. And a series of FE numerical experiments were carried
out based on the orthogonal experimental method(OEM) and the theory of optimum
design. An approximately optimization model for the light weight design of the press
