摘要
近年来随着我国就业制度的改革以及高等教育的招生规模的不断扩大,大学毕业生
的就业问题也随之显现出来,成为社会关注的热点问题。根据国家文件要求,以及形势
的发展,近年来各高校逐渐建立起自己的就业信息网,这些就业信息网是专门为本校学
生服务,以期能够提高本校毕业生的就业率。本文根据信息服务的理论基础为依据,调
查河北省内高校就业信息网的服务情况。
本文主要是运用文献调查研究法、网络调查法、统计分析法、分析综合法、归纳总
结法等研究方法和手段,通过因特网调查河北省高校就业信息服务网站的情况,并对该
调查结果采用统计分析的方法进行数据的处理。在调查过程中,将网站内容分为招聘/
就业新闻、就业指导、就业服务、就业管理四大部分,每一部分再细分为各子项目,分
别对每一部分及其子项目进行调查统计。在调查及分析数据的过程中,发现河北省高校
就业信息服务网站存在的几大类问题,并提出针对每一类问题的解决的对策。

Abstract
With the deepening of the Employment system reform and the expanding higher
education enrollment,employment of university graduates is apparent and e a hot issue.
According to documentation requirements and the development of the situation, colleges
build up their own employment s. The University Employment Information
Network is designed for students and enterprises. Their view is to improve the employment
rate of university graduates. Based on the theoretical foundation of information services, the
author surveys the conditions of service of the University Employment work
in Hebei Province.
In this paper, the author use bibliometric, network investigation, statistical analysis,
Analysis synthesis, summarized and so methods. The author used the to survey the
University Employment work of Hebei in order to survey the services of
information. During the investigation, the sites are divided into four parts. They are
recruitment/employment news, career guidance, employment services and employment
management. These four parts are subdivided into many sub-projects. In the course of
investigation, some issues are found. In the last, the author presents the measures to solve the
problems.
