摘要
针对大连华工科技创新公司采购的现状,对其采购成本进行了分析。论文通过对该公司采购成本的分析之后,利用库存控制的方法进行采购成本控制的方法。
论文从采购及采购成本的基本概念到采购成本的分析,通过对国内外采购成本控制的调查,发现我国采购成本控制上存在的问题,采购与销售本应是企业价值链条中两个重要的因素,而我国企业对二者的重视程度是不同的,多数企业都是重视如何把产品销售出去。而忽略企业的采购行为的合理性。我所在的公司也一样存在这样的问题。我通过对公司的采购成本进行分析时,包括材料成本、采购管理成本、以及存储成本进行分析,再联系我公司的实际情况和生产性质得出经济批量对我公司的采购成本影响最大。在订货量上存在着很大的漏洞,以此去寻找最佳的采购控制方法。
采购成本控制的方法有许多,通过上面的分析我采用库存控制的方法中的定期订货和订货点法对以我公司需要采购的个别产品进行了分析和控制。结果表明,通过计算出的经济批量进行采购可以有效的节约采购成本。

ABSTRACT
In view of existing situation of Dalian hua gong for the status of science and technology pany purchasing its procurement costs were analyzed. Through the analysis of pany's procurement costs, the use of the method of inventory control procurement cost control methods.
Paper purchasing and procurement costs from the basic to the procurement cost analysis, cost control through the purchase of domestic and international survey found that China's purchasing cost control problems in the procurement and sale of the enterprise value chain should be two important factors, and our business emphasis on both is different, panies focus on how the products are sold. While ignoring the corporate purchasing behavior is reasonable. pany is the same there is such a problem. I passed on pany's procurement cost analysis, including material costs, purchasing costs, and storage costs for analysis, then contact pany's actual economic situation and the nature of e to pany's bulk purchase cost for the greatest impact. There are big loopholes with quantity in order to find the best procurement control.
There are many methods of procurement cost control, by the above analysis I used the method of inventory control and ordering the regular order point method to pany need to purchase individual products for the analysis and control. The results show that, by calculating the bulk procurement of the economy can effectively purchase cost savings
