双周边传动自吸式吸泥机,是城市水厂、城镇污水处理厂常用的沉淀池吸泥设备。
采用中间进水和排泥,周边排水,保证水流均匀。利用液位差自吸式排泥,有浮渣刮集排除装置和过载保护装置。
其主要由驱动机构、主梁、中心旋转支座、导流筒、刮泥系统、排渣斗及冲洗机构、铰接式刮渣耙、撇渣板、撇渣斗、浮渣挡板、控制箱等部件组成。
污水从池中心的进水管经导流筒扩散后,均匀地向周边呈辐射状流出,呈悬浮状的污泥经沉淀后沉积于池底,上清液通过溢流堰板由出水槽排出池外,污泥刮板由池周刮向中心集泥槽,依靠池内水压通过排泥管排出池外。主梁在周边驱动装置的带动下,,主梁下部连接支架、污泥刮泥板等。近液面处设置浮渣刮板,沿中心稳流筒延伸至铰链式刮渣耙,当主梁旋转时,浮渣刮板将液面的浮渣由池中心撇向池周,收集在铰链式刮渣耙区内,收集的浮渣随主机在池周运动至撇渣斗,通过刮渣耙的铰链活动刮至撇渣斗内,排至池外。
