改革开放之初的台州,对于发展至关重要的资本是非常的短缺的。然而,上世纪七十年代后期国家政策松动,在台州这个资源匮乏、人民贫穷的小城市诱发出了巨大的发展动能,来自民间的摆脱贫困、走向富裕的热情,冲破了种种束缚和体制限制,走向了民间创富之路。现如今的台州民间资本充足,也已参与台州的一些本土产业(缝纫机业、造船业、眼镜业)的投资。在如今经济全球化的大时代背景下,光靠政府资本来促进经济的发展,似乎显得有些势单力薄。为了使经济能更好的发展,必须发掘经济发展的新动能,这样也可减轻政府来自于资本短缺的压力。而民间资本作为新动能,我们就得重视民间资本在促进经济进一步发展中所发挥的作用。
本文首先从台州的经济特点、民间资本的投资渠道以及民间资本是否全面启动来对台州民间资本的投资现状进行了分析,并找出了其存在的主要问题以及不足。在此基础上希望社会、政府以及企业自身能做出改进以促进民间资本的投资来进一步带动台州经济的发展。

Abstract
However, in the late 1970s, national policies loose in Taizhou this resource scarcity, people's poor little city induced out a huge growth momentum, from folk shake off poverty, to a wealthy enthusiasm, broke through the limitations and system limit toward the folk create richly road. Nowadays the Taizhou private capital adequacy, has also participate in Taizhou of some of the local industry (sewing machine industry, shipbuilding, eyes industry) investment. In today's economy globalization background, light by the government to promote economic development of capital, seem to have some individual effort is less preferable. In order to make economic can better development, we must explore new economic momentum, so also can reduce es from capital shortage of pressure. While the private capital as the new ic energy, we would have to seriously private capital in promoting economic development the role.
This paper firstly from Taizhou economic characteristics, private capital investment channels and the private capital will full swing to of Taizhou folk capital investment analysis of the current situation, and finds out the existing main problems and insufficiency. Based on this hope society, government and the enterprise itself can make improvements to promote private capital investment to further drive Taizhou economic development.
