对外投资是指企业将其拥有的货币资本或产业资本,通过跨国界流动和营运,以实现价值增值的经济行为。随着经济全球化趋势及区域经济一体化的深入发展,贸易自由化和投资便利化不断推进,国家鼓励对外投资政策不断出台,越来越多的中国企业加入到对外投资的洪流中。近年来,浙江企业在“走出去”(主要还是在于对外直接投资)方面进行了大胆探索和实践,取得了积极成效。但在目前的市场形势下,浙江企业对外投资尚存在很多财务问题,直接影响着对外投资的成败。
本论文以浙江企业作为研究对象,在概述浙江企业对外投资现状的基础上,重点分析了浙江企业对外投资的模式和存在的财务问题,最后根据浙江企业对外投资存在的财务问题,从企业内、外部二方面提出相应的对策,以利于提高浙江企业的对外投资水平。

Abstract
Foreign investment refers to the currency of their own capital or industrial capital who use cross-border movement and operation to achieve economic activities’ value .Because of the developing economic globalization and the deepening of regional economic integration, trade liberalization and investment facilitation has been constantly promoted. The state encourages the introduction of foreign investment policies, more and more Chinese enterprises join in the flood of foreign investment. In recent years, Zhejiang enterprises in "going out" (mainly because foreign direct investment) aspects of the bold exploration and practice, and achieved positive results. But in the current market situation, the surviving foreign investment enterprises in Zhejiang have many financial problems and direct impact on foreign investment.
In these thesis Zhejiang enterprises is the research object in an overview of the status of foreign investment enterprises in Zhejiang. I analyze the pattern of foreign investment enterprise and the existing financial problems. At last, according to the existing foreign investment enterprises in financial problems, I propose corresponding countermeasures both on the internal of enterprise and external aspects in order to facilitate increased levels of foreign investment enterprises in Zhejiang.
