服务外包产业作为现代服务业的高端组成部分,具有高信息承载度、低资源消耗、强吸纳就业能力、高等特征,成为国民经济发展的新引擎和增长点。
宁波市是我国典型的服务外包产业聚集地,研究宁波如何承接国际生产性服务外包,从而提升宁波服务外包产业的竞争力具有非常重要的战略意义。因此,本文研究了宁波服务外包产业的现状及主要特点,基于迈克尔-波特“钻石模型”的竞争力指标分析宁波服务外包产业的竞争力优势及出现的问题,从而为其提升产业竞争力提供对策建议。

ABSTRACT
Outsourcing high-end modern service industry as part of a high information load, low resource consumption, high capacity to absorb employment, and other characteristics of the high international level, to e the new engine of national economic development and growth.
Ningbo is a typical gathering of service outsourcing industry, research Ningbo how to undertake international outsourcing of production services to raising petitiveness of the outsourcing industry has a very important strategic significance. Therefore, this paper studied the status of the outsourcing industry in Ningbo and the main features, based on Michael - Porter "Diamond Model" index analysis of petitiveness of Ningbo, petitiveness of the outsourcing industry advantages and problems, thus enhancing petitiveness in industry countermeasures.
