作为人类走向生态经济文明的切入点,低碳经济已进入各国的发展战略,碳金融作为推动低碳经济发展的关键备受瞩目。碳金融是环保项目投融资的代名词,是国际金融界的新课题,泛指减少温室气体排放的各种金融制度安排和金融交易活动。发展碳金融能够促进我国新能源产业发展,更能促进我国的金融创新。中国虽然是全球碳交易主要的供给方,但处于碳金融产业价值链的末端,同时我国低碳金融处于起步阶段。因此,应以合并共赢、立足国内的发展策略,以统一的碳交易体系、多角度的金融创新、激励政策等来推动碳金融发展。
本文简要地介绍了碳金融产生的背景及其在我国的发展现状,分析了我国碳金融发展的制约因素及国外成功经验,并在此基础上提出了推动我国碳金融发展的路径。

ABSTRACT
As the approach of the human beings entering into the ecological economic civilization, low-carbon economy has been listed in the development strategy of each country. as the key to the development of low-carbon economy, carbon finance has attracted much attention. Carbon finance, as the synonym of investment and financing activity of the environmental protection project and the new research topic of financial circles, refers to all kinds of financial system arrangements and financial transactions which helps to reduce the discharge of greenhouse gases. The development of carbon finance in China can not only promote new energy industry in China but also promote our financial innovation. Although China is a main supplyer of global carton transactions, it is at the bottom of the value chain of carbon finance industry,and our carbon finance is still in its initial stage. Therefore we should promote the of our carbon finance on the basis of domestic development strategy, a unified carbon trading system, multi-perspective financial innovation and incentive policies.
This thesis gave a brief introduction about the background of the origin of carbon finance and the present situation of its development in our country, analyzed the restrictive factors of our carbon finance development and foreign essful experiences, and put forward the improving approach to the of our carbon finance.
