近10多年,世界太阳能产业发展呈现持续性、全球性、普及性的欣欣向荣局面,发达国家的巨大应用市场不断拉动光伏产业持续高速发展,以中国为主体的巨大市场又不断把光热产业发展推向新高度,海宁太阳能产业呈现光伏、光热并驾齐驱的发展格局。
本文首先进行了相关的低碳经济和太阳能产业的文献回顾,强调太阳能产品是一种低碳产品。然后对海宁太阳能产业的发展现状和存在的问题进行了分析,得出海宁太阳能产业要从制度、结构、产品多样性、人才、机制和服务上改变目前的状况。并在第四部分,基于低碳经济的角度提出了相应的海宁太阳能产业发展的对策,最后进行了总结。

ABSTRACT
Nearly 10 years, solar energy industry continued to show the persistent, globally, popular situation. The huge application market of Developed countries continued rapid development of photovoltaic industry. As the main body of China's huge market has been continued pull the development of the solar thermal industry to a new height, and HaiNing Photovoltaic solar power industry, keep pace with the development pattern of light and heat.
Firstly, this paper given a literature review of the low-carbon economy and the solar energy, and emphasize solar energy ptoducts are one of the low-carbon products. Then research the development of solar energy industry status and existing issues, and HaiNing solar energy industry should change the current situation from the system , structure, product diversity ,human resources , mechanisms and services. In the fourth part , angel some appropriate countermeasures to the HaiNing’s solar energy industry based on the low-carbon economy . Finally, made a summary of the solar economy industry.
