低碳经济的压力,金融危机带来的调整产业结构的内在要求,把新能源产业推到了风口浪尖。在太阳能、风能等诸多新能源中,太阳能被认为是未来最清洁、安全、可靠的能源,所以,对身为太阳能生产重地的海宁,进行了调查研究,得出了本文。本文以三种理论基础为依据,首先回顾了海宁太阳能产业的发展历程,其次简明扼要的分析了海宁太阳能产业的现状与面临的阻碍,最后借鉴美国、日本和山东德州太阳谷的发展经验,为海宁太阳能产业的发展树立了目标指向,并为海宁太阳能产业的转型升级提出几条路径。

Abstract
Low carbon economic pressure,and financial crisis brought refers to the inherent requirement of the industrial structure,pushed the new energy industry two-decade-long. In solar, wind and so on much new energy, solar energy is considered the most clean, safe future , reliable energy ,so, about being a solar production centre’s of the south,for the investigation Obtained in this paper. Based on three theoretical basis for basis,First reviewed the development course of Haining solar energy industry,Secondly brief analyses of the current situation and solar energy industry Haining, facing obstacles,Finally from America, Japan and the Shandong Texas sun valley development experience,The development of solar energy industry for Haining set the aim , The solar energy industry for Haining transformation and upgrading of a few path forward。
