近年来,农民、农村和农业问题受到党中央、国务院的高度重视。而解决“三农”问题的关键是增加农民收入,建设社会主义新农村的核心也在于发展农业经济,促进农民增收。中央不断加大对“三农”投入,实施取消农业税、实行粮食最低收购价、对种粮农民直接补贴、良种补贴、农机具购置补贴和农资综合补贴等一系列支农惠农政策,激发了农民的生产积极性,促进了农民收入的增长。本文讨论嘉兴农民增收的影响因素及提升农民收入的对策。在弄清嘉兴农民近些年来收入增长的基本情况基础上,从农业基础条件、农业科技水平、农业产业化状况、农民素质、农业补贴政策、融资渠道等方面分析了影响农民增收的因素。最后,提出了促进嘉兴市农民增收的建议。

In recent years, farmers, countryside and agriculture has the attention of the CPC central and the state mitted. In clear Jiaxing farmers e growth based on the basic situation of agriculture in recent years, from the basic conditions, agricultural science and technology level, agricultural industrialization status, farmers' quality, agricultural subsidies, financing channels of analysis the influence factors of farmers' e. Finally, this paper presents development and increasing the e of farmers in jiaxing suggestion.
